SpecForce Visit February 2015

I always endeavour when contract duties or business takes me to cities nationally and internationally where we have Todd group depots, to drop in and meet the lads and lasses.

I look forward every year when I am on courses in Auckland to visiting Johnny Adlington and his Auckland CQC depot at spec force fitness.

Is always good to catch up with the dedicated group of exponents training there and to meet new exponent’s.

This year was no exception and I very much enjoyed taking a couple of hours of very enjoyable CQC training.

This is a good opportunity for me to deliver training in the most current tactics and skills to ensure the depots remain current.

Johnny A the Todd group instructor at spec force is a competent instructor that leads by example providing very detailed hands on training.

He is a quiet man fiercely loyal and serious about his CQC and military self defence training and instructing.

He understands that we are all privileged to be part of the oldest training group of our kind and that the privilege comes with responsibilities.

This is something he expects of the exponents he trains along with quiet confidence and respect of the chain of command.

I was truly impressed with the level of skill of his understudies.

John does his very best to ensure the exponents he trains can achieve their highest level of combative capabilities.

Exponents training at spec force under the control and care of Johnny A are truly fortunate.

I look forward to my next visit to spec force very much.
