Leading up to our 100 years as European military self-defence and close combat specialist training providers it has been identified that recruiting, vetting and course or training joining has changed considerably from years gone by.
We never lower our standards and all applicants must meet our conditions and requirements of joining.
Our structure is modelled on our military close combat training provision where rank and the chain of command is most important and exponents and proponents must be able to take orders and accept instructions.
They must be quietly confident, responsible, reliable and respectful.
While having strict and to the point application and joining conditions can exclude those that do not meet such requirements, it does ensure those that are accepted are fit for being accepted for course or training joining.
All applicants must understand that military elite CQC mil self-defence training as a civilian is a privilege and not a given right.
Responsible citizens do not want to train with those that are not responsible and as such could be unsafe.
We have a responsibility to do our utmost to ensure those that we train are responsible citizens and are fortunate to be able to operate our private training organisation under such a strict regime and not have to play a numbers game when it comes to accepting applicants.
If not a single applicant met our course or intake joining musts then just like with the regime identifying those that do meet such requirements the process proves itself.
It is our coming up to our 100 years in our trade craft training that has made everything possible today and being the only training providers of all of our training packages that attracts those that are less interested or not interested in sport or art forms but understand that best of battle proven mil close combat and mil self-defence developed for deadly actions on arms them with capabilities under violent assault.
The centennial course 2027 will be unique in so many ways and especially with all ranks training in the most important Phase 1 Basic foundation fundamentals.
From new entry exponents through to Phase 3 specialist proponents and instructors all combining will be a very special time indeed.
With so many guests and former members in attendance and because of our stringent restricted advanced and specialist training phases having to be only open to those that had earned the right to undergo such training it made sense for everyone to begin or go back to where it all started for them and experience the most current Phase 1 Basic skills training.
