Mental Toughness

All the skill in the world amounts to little if you do not have the intestinal fortitude tactics and skills to over come your fears and go combative. Up against a formidable foe determined to defeat you and cause you pain and injury requires mental toughness to do what must be done and endure the realities of violence.

Psychological conditioning and CQC mental toughness enhancement training for the combatant with the smarts is a must. 90% plus mental toughness and 10% or less gross motor combative skills are realistic generalizations when up against a dangerous formidable enemy.

Mental toughness tactics and skills that combine with your combative skills to enhance your commitment conviction and skills employments arm you with increased capabilities. These tactics and skills must have commonality with your CQC skills and be cohesive under actions on employments. They must prepare you mentally and physically to initiate combative actions and do what it takes against extremes to neutralize the threat. Combative skills employments minus psychological enhancement tactics and skills do not provide the combatant with the best and complete arsenal required to over cone adversity and defeat a formidable foe.

The military elite understand the importance of mental toughness and methods of mental toughness enhancement to prepare and ensure combatants are ready willing able and prepared to endure extremes and overcome fear and win against extreme odds. I have spent my life as an exponent and instructor of military CQC and have trained thousands of military combatants and civilian proponents in unarmed combat. The Brain to Boot military mental toughness and psychological enhancement training manual and audio training exercises is a result of my life time commitment to military CQC and military self-defence as an exponent and as an instructor.

I was privileged to be trained by military Master Instructors from World War II and some of the next generation of military Master-Chief instructors. I stepped up, volunteered as a civilian to train test and qualify as a military CQC instructor.

The Brain to Boot package is something that committed realist combatants that have the smarts will understand. This package is written from a military CQC Master instructors perspective and includes major and minor components in a correct order of execution to enhance combative performance and increase inner resolve to do what must be done to neutralize the faced threat. Mental toughness training is a must for CQC and self-defence.
