Todd Group HQ CQC Intake Induction Initiatives

Since recommencing training after the lockdown high training interest combined with high volume interest and inquiries received during the lockdown has required us to introduce several different mil CQC/MSD introductory/familiarisation initiatives for our upcoming civilian intake induction.

This enables individuals to select options that best work for them and their schedules.

  • Day and evening introductory familiarisation sessions at Todd Group HQ.
  • Dunedin residents weekend Camp Todd introductory training.
  • Individual tuition pre-intake induction training.
  • South Island regions weekend introductory training camps.

We are under taking these pre-intake induction initiatives to keep pre-intake induction numbers at introductory training as low as possible.

Very small groups are best to ensure all questions are answered and as much individual time is spent with every attendee.

All attendees must have first met our responsible citizen attending requirements.

The differences from military close combat and military self-defence to civilian styles has been of major interest to those wanting to attend the upcoming intake induction.

They quickly identify our longest history when they enter Todd Group HQ and want to be trained by a military qualified instructor in military skills.

Many are surprised when they come to Camp Todd and see our unique outdoors CQC specific training facilities and accommodation set up.

Some that have had no previous involvement with mil CQC/MSD are surprised to find such a major training provider here in Dunedin and are even more surprised when they are introduced to our history and lineage.

We regularly get comments that everyone is so fortunate to have a world leader in our trade-craft right here in Dunedin.

The mil CQC/MSD tactics and skills are living evolving practices just as the methods of recruiting and conducting training are and those training at Todd Group HQ are training from the HQ source where the doctrine is developed and the training packages are written. This makes them privy to the most current and proven means and methods of threat neutralisation.

There is no substitute for the most current best and most proven tactics and skills when you want to arm your-self with the best self-protection capabilities. The new initiatives have proven their worth already and we look forward to the August intake knowing that the inductions will be made up of individuals that have already been exposed to our mil CQC/MSD for civilians.

The military before our CQC sets us apart from most as it identifies military CQC instructor qualifications and military CQC skills training.

This is what the majority of serious committed applicants are seeking.

Recruiting has always demanded a major budget and hours of input but with changing times and life-styles we must provide increased introductory and familiarisation exposure that not only extends as far as possible but also fits with as many people’s schedules and availability.

Depth of knowledge real life experience high level military elite CQC qualifications and second to none CQC specific training facilities show the calibre and the extent of dedication and commitment to our trade-craft.

In these busy times you have to be full time and fully committed to recruiting and training delivery if you want be a leader in your field and we have a history of CQC that proves that.
